Google Maps can be inserted into your website by copying a link on Google Maps and pasting it into your website page.

*Google Maps has been updated recently, if you already see a left sidebar like in Step 3, please skip Step 2 of this tutorial.

Step 1

Go to Google Maps here

Enter your address in the search bar and press Search

Step 2

Once the map loads, click on Return to classic Google Maps
(If you don't see return to classic look for Help & Feedback






Step 3

Once you are back to the classic view for Google Maps, click on the Link button to get the code for your location.




Highlight and copy the text in the Paste HTML to embed in website field.

NOTE: For advanced users, you can click Customise and preview embedded map to customise the size of the map

Step 4

Using your login details, logon to the CMS at cms.mywork.com.au
Click Pages


Step 5

Click on the Page you want to add a Google Map to


Step 6

Click on the HTML icon


Step 7

Paste the code into the box

Click Update


Step 8

Click Save and Exit

The Google Map will now appear on your website (this is the default size)
