This tutorial will show you how to create Customer Groups.

Customer Groups can be used to offer special discounts, such as Wholesale, Student or Pensioner.

To add a customer to a Customer Group, you need to edit their details. Click here to learn how.

Step 1

Using your login details, logon to the CMS at cms.mywork.com.au
Click SHOP
Using the same login details, logon to your Online Shop

Step 2

Click Customer Groups in the left hand menu.


Step 3

Click Create Group

 

Step 4

Enter the Group Name and Group Discount (percentage). 

Click Submit



The Customer Group will now be displayed in the list. You can easily edit or delete Customer Groups by simply clicking Edit or Delete.
