This section of your Online Shop lists all of your customers. Here you can:

  •   Edit customer details
  •   Add new customers
  •   Delete customers
  •   Approve customers (if your shop requires this feature)


      

Step 1

Using your login details, logon to the CMS at cms.mywork.com.au
Click SHOP
Using the same login details, logon to your Online Shop 

Step 2

In the Sales drop down menu, click Customers
Here you will see a list of your customers

Edit Customer Details

Click Edit next to the customer you want to edit
Simply make your changes and click Save 

NOTE: If you are using the Customer Group feature, this is where you define the customer into a group. Simply select the group from the Customer Group drop down

Add a New Customer

Click Insert in the top right corner
Simply enter the customer details and click Save

Delete Customers

Click on the box next to the customer you want to delete
Click Delete

Approve Customers

Click on the box next to the customer you want to approve
Click Approve

OR

Click Edit next to the customer you want to edit
At the bottom of the page, select Enable from the Status drop down to approve the customer
Click Save 

NOTE: Customers are automatically approved unless you edit the settings under Systems > Settings > Option - Approve New Customers
