By default reward points are not visible to the public, if you would like to use reward points please contact My Work.

Assign Rewards Points to Products

 
  1. Login to your admin system
  2. Go to Catalog > Products
Click Edit to the right of the product name  

Click on the Rewards Tab


Add the number of points need to buy the item.
Note: If you leave this field as 0 customers will not be able to purchse the item with reward points.


Enter the number of reward points the customer earns for purchasing the item. 
Note: The number of fields here will vary depanding on the number of customer groups you have, each customer group needs a value assigned, this value can be 0.


Select ‘Save’ at the top right hand corner of the page


Assign addtional points to customers

  1. Login to your admin system
  2. Go to Sales > Customers > Customers
Click Edit to the right of the customer name  

Click on the "Reward Points" Tab


Add the number of points need to buy the item.
Note: If you leave this field as 0 customers will not be able to purchse the item with reward points.

Enter the number of reward points the customer earns for purchasing the item. 
Note: The number of fields here will vary depanding on the number of customer groups you have, each customer group needs a value assigned, this value can be 0.

Click "Add Rewards Points"


A full history of the customers rewards points are shown.


Select ‘Save’ at the top right hand corner of the page

In their Account
