Your online shop systems allows your customs to return items if required, as this is a standard feature of our shops, please contact MyWork if you would like the funcitonality disabled.

Mywork also recommend including a returns policy on your website to avoid disputes.

Veiwing Return Requests

  1. Login to your admin system

  2. Go to Sales > Returns

Click View to the right of the product



The shop will open the Return Details Tab


You will find all of the information about the returns here.

 
Return ID
An ID automatically generated to assist in return tracking.


Order ID
The order associated with the returned product/s


Order Date
The date the customer placed the original order


Customer
The customer requesting the refund

Note: This is a link to the customers account information if clicked.


Email
The customers email address for contact


Telephone
The customers phone number for contact


Return Status
The current status of the return

Note: By default there are three status options.

  1. Awaiting Products
  2. Pending
  3. Complete


Date Added
The date the return was requested

 

Date Modified
The date you updated the return request.

 

Veiwing the product information

Click on the Products Tab


All of information about the product can be see in the table below.
  • Product: The product Name
  • Model: Model of the product
  • Quantity: number of items to be returned
  • Return Reason: Customer Explanation of why they would like a return
  • Opened: Did the customer open the product
  • Comment: Any additional notes sent by the customer about the product.
  • Action: Select here how you will proceed with the return
    • Credit Issued
    • Refunded
    • Replacement Sent


Note: The shop does not allow automatically process credits, refunds etc it is up to you to contact the customer about their refund.

Editing the Return Status

  1. Login to your admin system

  2. Go to Sales > Returns

Click Edit to the right of the product



The shop will open the Return Details Tab


Details about each field are listed above.

You can edit all of the information about the returns here.

If you wish to change information about the product, click on the Products Tab
